Moved or Moving? If you have moved or are planning to move, you must provide new residency documentation to the office staff at your child’s school.
Deed or Lease complete with signature pages
Utility Bill issued within the last 45 days
Withdrawals and Device Return:
If you are withdrawing from HCPSS, follow these steps:
Notify the registrar via email
Return the HCPSS issued device at one of the Technology Support Centers.
All student records and the final report card will be released upon receipt of an official request for student records from the new school.
Rising 9th Grade Students:
If your child will be transferring to a high school other than the feeder school for your current address, please let us know as soon as possible. Student records and the final report card will be released upon receipt of an official request for student records from the new school.
