8th Grade Students and Students New to Maryland will be seen at the Hearing and Vision Clinic at LKMS on 11-11-24 and the rescreen date on 11-18-24. Parents may OPT out of screenings for religious reasons. Please email the nurse a letter stating you want your student to opt out of the Hearing and Vision Clinic at kassandra_wanless@hcpss.org

If your student wears glasses or contact lenses, please make sure your student wears them on the screening day.
